THE CHALLENGE

Antoinette’s Secret Artisan Popcorn is a gourmet popcorn boutique based in Miami, Florida providing high-quality popcorn to all culinary enthusiast. The culinary boutique was conceived by a skilled and driven woman named Antoinette who had a grand vision of the art of popcorn and the ultimate snacking experience.

Modern Vintage, as opposed to industry flashiness, was the best avenue to set them apart from the competition. Emphasis was placed on creating a visual style that touches the consumer’s nostalgia for local quality food made with wholesome products, colors to entice the senses, and communications pieces to illuminate core values of quality.

OUR APPROACH

Naked Digital designed for Antoinette’s Secret Artisan Popcorn an all-inclusive brand experience that is clean, modern, approachable, and genuine. Messaging centers around the brands promise of dedication to quality food and the wholesome products used. Consumers can relate to the brand as more than just as a food manufacturer but as a lifestyle brand. Visual graphics, photography, and other brand elements add a personality with a genuine quality.

BRANDING

Antoinette’s Secret Artisan Popcorn’s dedication to the ultimate gourmet popcorn experience demanded an equally gourmet experience with the branding. The logo approach emerged from the concepts of vintage, connoisseur, epicure, and a food bon vivant. Both the symbol and the script type were influenced by the old country state fair popcorn. Being a family-based food manufacturer influenced the color and elements of the visual identity. The symbol hints back to an era that valued community. Specifically, movie theaters and county fairs. The condensed script type is influenced by the county fair advertisements of the 30’s.

COLLATERAL

Gourmet foods has unique amount potential for brand expression. Therefor, Naked Digital worked closely with Antoinette to design consumer touch points that carried forth the vintage brand messaging and a comprehensive visual identity.
